This intriguing single family home in Palatine, IL required about 2,300 sq. ft. of custom floor installation, refinishing, and repair throughout the homeowners job-site. The red oak flooring had throughout their home had received average wear and tear, but the kitchen suffered extreme water damage.  After the sanding process, the floor was then hand-scraped, hand-beveled, and hand-sanded to give it a unique and custom uniform look between each of the floor planks.
