• 2-5 Years Experience of Hardwood Floor Installation
• Reliable Transportation is a MUST!
• Having your own equipment is a plus, but not necessary (we will supply you)
• Be able to lift 40-80 lbs
• Hard Work Ethic – We are a hardworking crew and need someone who has the same mindset
